No. 169 of 2023), (State vs. Deena Nath and others) under Sections 363, 376-D, 306, 506 I.P.C. and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Baharia, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 06.11.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32206 of 2023. 5. Even previously on 17.02.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application but in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned. The following order was passed on the said date :- "1. List revised. 2. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. 3. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present. 4. It is informed by learned members of Bar present in Court that there is again severe traffic jam in the city all over. 5. Looking to the same and in the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned for today. 6. Let the matter be listed on 25.03.2025." 6. Today again, since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application, the present bail application is dismissed for non prosecution.
