Sufficient opportunity has been granted for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the equipment and despite the same, the equipment has not been repossessed till date. In view of the same, this Application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to repossess the equipment from the respondent as and when the applicant is able to locate the same.
