The learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the directions contained in the judgment and order dated 14.02.2022 have since been complied with and therefore, the petitioners do not wish to proceed further with the contempt proceedings. Page No.# 3/3 The learned counsel for the respondents, also on instructions, has submitted that the names of the petitioners name at Serial Nos. 13 and 19 in the Office Order dated 26.05.2025, issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Nagaon Electrical Circle, under the column titled “equal to or more than 10 years.” He further submits that the petitioners have been granted the enhanced pay as directed by the Court.
