This Appeal is directed against the order dated 13.06.2025 passed in Bail Petition No.166 of 2025, in connection with Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that the main accused persons in order to terrorize the informant and to commit his murder, had exploded bombs and had fired in the air. When the villagers informed the police, the accused persons had fled away. 4. It has been submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, so far as the appellant is concerned. Learned counsel submits that the several co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 1505 of 2024. 5. Leaned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 6. Regard being had to the generality of the allegations, we, while setting aside the order dated 13.06.2025 passed in Bail Petition No.166 of 2025, in connection with Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount 2 each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024. 7. The Appeal is allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J) (Ambuj Nath, J) R.K.M.
