Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the representation dated 24.07.2025 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however, the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2 i.e. Additional District Magistrate, Land Acquisition, Lucknow should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.2 - Additional District Magistrate, Land Acquisition, Lucknow is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date after granting Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajeev Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Mukesh Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Housing And Urban Planning Sectt. Lko. And Another .....Respondent(s) an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
