The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the First Information Report dated 26.04.2025 bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0131 of 2025 under sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. 2023 registered at Police Station Fatehur Chaurasi, District Unnao. 4. Learned A.G.A. states on the basis of counter affidavit filed today that a chargesheet has been filed in the matter. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it appears that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 6.
