ORDER This writ petition has been filed for seeking necessary police protection to the petitioner for conducting pooja at Arulmigu Shir Ayyannarappan swamy and Karuppannaswamy temple situated at Pethampatti Village, Murungapatti post, Salem District, from 13.02.2023 to
28.02.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the period sought for police protection has already been over and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
