Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 490 of 2024 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1635 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Palamau. 3. On 09.08.2024, Chainpur Police apprehended this petitioner and another co-accused. On search, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
