JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 27-02-2025 Heard the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i). For directing and commanding more particularly respondent District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police to protect the life, source of livelihood and property of the petitioner. (ii). For directing and commanding the respondent authorities to safeguard the constitutional right of the petitioner, (Right to property) and also to safeguard the life, source of livelihood and property of the petitioner, as in connivance with some antisocial elements/ land mafias and SHO of P.S-Muffasil Bettiah, District- Bettiah, is not taking any request of the petitioner and taking all necessary steps for grabbing the property/land of the petitioner situated at mauja- Barwat Prasarain, bearing Khata no. 416, Khesra no.petitioner is in danger 1391, Thana no. 189 total area about 4 katha 18 Dhur, which have been purchased by the petitioner in the year 2014 and the life of the petitioner is in danger. (iii). For directing and commanding the Patna High Court CWJC No.2969 of 2025(2) dt.27-02-2025 3/3 respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to erect the boundary wall situated at mauja- Barwat Prasarain, bearing Khata no. 416, Khesra no. 1391, Thana no. 189 total area about 4 katha 18 Dhur, which have been purchased by the petitioner in the year 2014 and mutation has not been done in the name of the petitioner. (iv). For directing and commanding the respondent authorities not to take coercive action as against the petitioner and not to disturb and to safeguard the peaceful possession of the petitioner. For any other appropriate relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that his representations are not expeditiously being disposed of by the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah. 4. If it is so, the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2024 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. 5.
