A perusal of the paper book would show that the applicants have challenged the order dated 3rd July, 2019 passed by Nagar Magistrate, District Sitapur in case no.964 of 2019, whereby a show cause notice has been issued to the applicants, to explain as to why the preventive measures be not taken against them. Eversince filing of the petition, the prayer has not been pressed as even notice has not been issued. It seems the applicants have lost the interest and the alleged cause of action does not survive any more. This petition is dismissed.
