Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. Ms. Simi Jha appears for the informant. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.99 of 2025 under sections 352, 351(3), 103(1) BNS, P.S. Kaudiya, District Gonda. 3. It is argued that the co-accused with similar allegations was enlarged on bail by this court vide order passed today in Bail Application No.9136 of 2025. 4. Considering and adopting the same reasoning as contained in the said order, the applicant who is in custody since 28.05.2025 and the criminal history has been duly explained, he is entitled to bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5.
