When the case is called, Mr. Raju Datta, learned P.P. appears on behalf of the petitioner. But, despite service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. Having heard the submissions made at the Bar and after going through the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the matter requires further examination.
