This bail application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS in respect of FIR No. 133/2025 registered at Police Station Bonli, District Sawai Madhopur for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of BNS and Section 66C & 66D of IT Act and Section 13 of RPGO Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this matter. Learned counsel further submits that the alleged offences are triable by the Magistrate and there is no criminal antecedents against them. Counsel also submits that the petitioners are behind the bars since 22.04.2025. Trial is likely to take considerable long time and no recovery is liable to be made from them. Therefore, the petitioners may be allowed to enlarge on bail. [2025:RJ-JP:23010] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-5960/2025] 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed this bail application. 4. Considered the submissions made at Bar. 5. Taking into consideration, the alleged offences are triable by the Magistrate and the petitioners are behind the bars since 22.04.2025 and they would no longer be required for custodial interrogation, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, this Bail Application is hereby allowed. The accused-petitioners Vijendra @ Vijay Singh S/o Hariram & Pawan S/o Nandkishore shall be released on bail in pursuance of FIR No. 133/2025 registered at Police Station Bonli, District Sawai Madhopur on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- along with two sureties of the like amount. That apart, the accused-petitioners shall also follow the conditions as under:- (i) They shall not tamper with any evidence, nor would influence the witnesses in the case. (ii) They shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. (iii) They shall co-operate in the trial and shall attend each and every date of hearing in the trial, until and unless his presence is exempted by the trial Court. (ANAND SHARMA (V. J.)),J DIVYA /51
