Krishna Mohan) The learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal is filed against the order in H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2019 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kovvur, West Godavari District, dated 16.04.2024, wherein the wife’s O.P. was dismissed for grant of divorce on the ground of cruelty. Aggrieved by the same, the wife filed the above said appeal. 2. During the pendency of the appeal, it appears that the respondent/husband died on 14.01.2025 as per the death certificate produced by the learned counsel for the appellant through a memo dated 17.06.2025 and the same shall be made as part of the Court record. 3. In view of the same, this appeal is closed, as no cause survives. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated.
