On due consideration, the order dated 27.03.2025 passed in WPS No. 1349 of 2025 is modified. The name of the husband of the petitioner be read as Mahesh Kumar Gajendra in place of Nilesh Kumar Gajendra. The words Rajya Beema Sewaye be also read as Employee Rajya Beema Sewaye in the cause title as also in the contents of the order dated 27.3.2025. 3. Remaining contents of the order dated 27.3.2025 passed in WPS No.1349 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. 4. Copy of this order be placed in the record of WPS No. 1349 of 2025 and further it be read along with the order dated 27.03.2025 passed in the said writ petition. 5.
