His claim has been partly allowed. Present appeal is filed seeking enhancement of compensation. Delay is caused in filing appeal. 2. In spite of service of notice, none appears for the respondent. 3. It is contended in the application that the claimant has suffered multiple injuries in the accident. The claimant was short of funds to file appeal and somehow arranged for funds.
