This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No. 284/2016 pending before learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Faizabad. 2. An order to the same effect has already been passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 20.03.2023 in matters under Article 227 No. 624/2023, therefore, there is no occasion for this Court to issue another order to the same effect. At the same time, there is no reason for the learned Civil Judge not following the direction issued in the earlier order dated 20.03.2023. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed off by directing the Civil Judge (S.D.), Faizabad to comply with the direction issued by this Court in the order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Matters under Article 227 No. 624/2023.
