By this petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the accused-petitioner, namely Mostafijur Rahman, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Tarabari PS Case No. 35/2025 under Sections 305(a)/331(4)/317(2)/238 of BNS. The allegation against the accused is regarding theft of cash and jewellery from the house of the informant and it appears that there is sufficient incriminating materials in the case diary including the CCTv footage of the accused person. 4. Considering the early stage of investigation and gravity of offence as well as the incriminating materials in the case diary, prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 5.
