$~4 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + RFA 313/2021, CM APPL. 30540/2021 & 30541/2021 HARIPAL @HARPAL SINGH .....Appellant Through: None versus SMT. VEENA ANAND .....Respondent Through: Mr. Kshitiz Ahuja, Advocate CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA O R D E R % 14.01.2025 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] 1. The present appeal assails ex-parte judgment and decree for recovery of possession of the immovable property and damages. The appeal is highly belated. Learned counsel for respondent has taken me through record, pointing out that in execution of the impugned decree, possession of the subject property was restored to the respondent. It is further submitted by learned counsel for respondent that the subject property has already been sold away more than once. 2. Since none appears for appellant, the appeal and the pending applications are dismissed in default.
