Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to provide benefit of pay protection counting services rendered by him in erstwhile Government of India Ministry of Defence, Armament Research & Development Establishment Pashan, Pune as has been provided to similarly situated person namely Mr. Pawan Kumar in whose favour the Office Order dated 27.12.2024 has been passed. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner has drawn attention to the Government Orders dated 31.05.2016 and 02.07.1981 to submit that benefit as has been sought by petitioner has already been provided by State Government. 4. It is submitted that in the case of similarly situated person namely Mr. Pawan Kumar, order dated 27.12.2024 has been passed, the parity of which is required to be provided to petitioner as well. 5. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.1 i.e. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Santosh Kr. Yadav Warsi, Deepesh Kumar Yadav, Dheeraj Kumar Yadav, Rati Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Harikesh Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Its Prin. Secy. Namamigange E. Gramin Jalapurti Minor Irrigation Lko. And Anr. .....Respondent(s) Principal Secretary, Namamigange Evam Gramin Jalapurti Anubhag- 4, Department Previously Known As Minor Irrigation And Underground Water Department, Government of U.P., Civil Secretariat, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in the light of aforesaid Government Orders and providing the benefit to petitioner in case the similarly situated to the said Mr. Pawan Kumar within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 6.
