Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the co-accused Rahul Mandal who was assigned the similar role has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2025 passed in criminal misc. bail application No. 9775 of 2025. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks parity with the
order of the co-accused. It is further submitted that the applicants are languishing in jail since
28.06.2025. He has explained criminal history of seven cases in paragraph seven of the bail application.
