Gomti Nagar, District- Lucknow has been concluded by the judgment of conviction dated 11.09.2024 passed by Special Judge, N.I. Act, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. 3. Taking note of the aforesaid, this Court finds that the instant application has now become infructuous and being so is liable to be dismissed. 4. In view of above, the instant application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
