This Court, by the order dated 07.01.2025 has provided that petitioners shall not be arrested till the next date of listing on the basis of impugned First Information Report, unless sufficient and credible evidence is available against them alleged in the impugned F.I.R. 4. Learned AGA states on the basis of the instructions dated 03.10.2025, sent by the Insaaf Ali, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Sharda Nagar District Kheri that a final report has been filed in the matter. Aforesaid statement is recorded. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the petition has been rendered infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
