The present application u/s 482 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 2010 of 2003 (State v. Nasrunnisha), arising out of Case Crime No. 520 of 1999, under Sections 419, 420, 409 of IPC, P.S. Purani Basti, District Basti, as well as order dated 27.11.2023, whereby the non-bailable warrant has been issued, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings / bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
