Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent appearing for the Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondents 3 to 5 have unlawfully interfered with the construction activities of the petitioner, despite the petitioner having obtained the requisite municipal sanction for the residential building. This interference, allegedly instigated at the behest of a third party, is being carried out without any legal authority or justification. 3. In the light of these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to Respondents 3 to 5 not to disturb the peaceful possession and construction activities of the petitioner. Further, if any interference, it must be strictly in accordance with due process of law. 4.
