At this stage, learned counsel for the revisionist has sought permission of the Court to withdraw the present revision. 3. No objection has been raised by learned AGA. However, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 opposed the prayer with submission that the revisionist has appeared before the court after several directions and he has forgone his oral undertaking given on his behalf. 4. The revision stands dismissed as withdrawn with observation that respondent no.2 will have liberty to get the impugned order executed in accordance with law.
