He has also placed the copy of the instruction dated 25-11-2025 before this court, which is taken on record and that shall be the part of the records. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner agrees with the contention of learned counsel for the opposite parties that the amount of medical claim has been paid to the petitioner.
