The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 45/2025 corresponding to Spl. POCSO Case No. 14/2025, for the offence registered under Section 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S. 2023 subsequently charge has been framed under Section 64(2)(j)(m) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Spl. Judge POCSO, Latehar. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. 4.
