The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Barabanki, to decide the application for grant of interim maintenance dated 5.6.2025 filed in Criminal Case No.978 of 2025 (Ragini Shukla and another vs. Vivek Shukla) under Section 144 of BNSS, within a time frame. 3. The aforesaid application of the applicants is pending since 5.6.2025 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicants prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
