Since identical issues involved in the above mentioned writ petitions, they are being heard and decided by this common order. 2. By the present writ petitions, the petitioners who are working as Lecturer (LB) in the School Education Department preferred the 3 / 3 present writ petitions seeking a direction towards the respondent authority to consider the initial date of appointment of the petitioner i.e. 27.07.1998 & 14.09.1998 for giving the benefit of old pension scheme. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted a representation before the Secretary/respondent authorities on 17.04.2023 & 25.04.2023 and the same is pending, it has not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeking a limited direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation pending before the respondent authorities. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent state submits that looking to the limited prayer of the petitioners, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Secretary to consider the representation within a stipulated period. 5. I have heard both the parties and perused the documents. 6. Looking to the fact that the representations of the petitioners are pending since 2023, the concerned authority/ respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
