Mr. Pawan Mishra, Advocate for the petitioners. 2. Mr. B.C. Joshi, A.G.A. with Mr. Vipul Painly, B.H. for the State. 3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have impugned F.I.R. No.10 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025, under Sections 8/21/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, registered with Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun. 4. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with an apprehension that the Police may arrest the petitioners, in connection with the aforesaid F.I.R. 5. Vide order dated 12.02.2025 State was directed to seek instructions in the matter as the petitioners were not named in the F.I.R. and there appears to be no material against them. 6. Today learned State counsel, on instructions, which are taken on record, submits that the petitioners are not wanted in the aforesaid F.I.R. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. 8. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
