This revision has been filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 3.8.2022 passed in Case No. 75 of 2022 as well as the order dated 18.7.2022 passed in criminal case no. 566 of 2022 whereby the bail application of the revisionist was rejected. 4. The prayer for bail has been allowed by this Court and the revisionist has been released on bail by means of the order dated 5.7.2023 but the revision remains pending. Now, this case is listed under the heading of 'Infructuous Cases'. 5. Office report dated 27.10.2025 also indicates that the revisionist has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 5.7.2023 and now nothing remains to be decided in the matter. 6. In view of the aforesaid fact, the revision has lost its efficacy and is rendered infructuous. The revision is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
