Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for payment of medical reimbursement of petitioner amounting to Rs.1,04,575/- during period 30.03.2024 till 02.05.2025. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 25.11.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which, it has been submitted that the medical bills have been sent for verification by Chief Medical Officer, Lucknow on 22.09.2025 where they are still under consideration. 4. In view thereof, opposite party no.3 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, Lucknow is directed to submit his report with regard to verification of bills of petitioner expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him. 5. In case aforesaid bills are verified, actual payment thereof, shall be ensured by authority concerned within a period of two weeks thereafter. The aspect of payment of interest on the outstanding amount shall be considered by opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Ayurvedic Services U.P., Indira Bhawan, Lucknow within a period of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rakesh Chandra Tewari, Gyan Prakash Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
