The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ketar P.S. Case No. 19/2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 45/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 65(1) & 351(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 65(1), 351(2) & 78(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Garhwa. 3. On 12.03.2025, the petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded during the trial, in which she has stated that she was having affairs with the petitioner and they indulged in consensual sexual activity. 5. Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Garhwa in connection with Ketar P.S.
