M SIVA JYOTHI The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in acting upon petitioner’s representation dt. 26.6.2019 and releasing her salary and other benefits from 18.7.2016 having extracted work from the petitioner as a Junior Lecturer - History as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art. 14 of the 2 Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith dispose of the said representation and pay the entire salary arrears and continue to pay the salary attached to the said post and pass such other order or orders……” 2. Sri V.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
