(ii) The petitioner undertakes to deposit the aforesaid amount in two equal monthly installments commencing from 10.04.2025. (iii) In case of default in payment of any of the installments, this order shall stand recalled and the SB Civil Writ Petition No.15434/2016 shall stand dismissed.
