Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the non bailable warrant issued by order dated 30.10.2025 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Gonda in Criminal Case No.30846 of 2024, arising out of FIR No. 928 of 2023, under Sections 147, 149, 308, 452, 323, 504, 506, 427, 325, 336 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. 3. Vakalatnama filed by Shri Santosh Kumar Tripathi, Advocate on behalf of informant and Supplementary affidavit filed by the applicants today, in court, both are taken on record. 4. Registry has reported that earlier, the applicants had filed application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.357 of 2025 and 6241 of 2025 in which liberty was given to the applicants to apply for bail on the strength of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2022) 10 SCR 351. 5. Learned counsel has submitted that due to personal reasons, the bail application could not be filed within the specified time. 6. As this Court is of the view that second petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the same prayer is not maintainable, accordingly, the application is misconceived and the same is, hereby, dismissed. 7. However, liberty is given to the applicants to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for extension of time.
