Learned counsel for the respondent brings to the notice of this Court an order dated 10.02.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.4075 of 2024 filed by the bank, wherein the learned Single Judge has directed the Sub-Registrar, Kelamangalam, to entertain the sale certificate dated 26.09.2023 issued in favour of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No.35714 of 2023 respondents 18 to 20 therein/the petitioners herein and register the same. Taking into consideration the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
