Writ Petition No. 8043 of 2025 (Jitendra Kumar Bajpai vs. State of U.P. and another) dated 03.09.2025. 2. Taking note of the aforesaid, on being confronted, the learned counsel for the petitioner says that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh. 3. The aforesaid has not been opposed. 4. In view of above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
