Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed the present application due to wrong submissions made by both the learned counsel and mistake errors crept in the body of the order, more particularly, in the paragraph Nos. 2 2 and 4, wherein, it is mentioned as ‘online F-line Application’ instead of ‘sub-division application’. Hence, seeks to rectify the same. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, paragraph Nos. 2 and 4 are modified as follows: 2. Admittedly, the petitioner made sub-division application for conducting survey of the land on 24.03.2025. But, no survey was conducted so far. 4. Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, this Court deems it appropriate to issue direction to Respondent Nos. 2 & 4 to consider the sub-division application made by the petitioner on 24.03.2025 and conduct survey and demarcation within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, by following the procedure as contemplated under 3 Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. Accordingly, the present application is ordered. Office is directed to carry out necessary amendments and to issue order copies afresh to all the parties concerned. _________ NV,J BSP
