Heard on the application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS, 2023) for grant of regular bail. This is the 2nd bail application. First bail application has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 03.12.2024 passed by this Court in MCRC-6951 of 2024. 2. Applicant was arrested on 19.07.2024 in connection with Crime No.347 of 2024, registered at Police Station-Bhatapara Gramin, District-Balodabazar, CG for the offence punishable under Sections137(2), 87, 64(1), 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023, and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. Till date, only two witnesses have been examined, and there is no suitable progress in the trial of the case. Hence he has filed the 2nd bail application. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, further considering that the 1st bail application has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 03.12.2024, and that there is no good ground is made out for change of circumstance of the case, I do not deem it fit to admit this 2nd bail application. 6.
