The Complaint Case No.2184/2019 was filed on 06.05.2019. Till date the case is pending for appearance. It is surprising that for nearly six years, the appearance of the accused 2025:JHHC:20039 2 could not be procured by the Court. Thus, I directed the Court concerned to take all steps to procure appearance of the accused persons and thereafter proceed with the trial as early as possible without any delay.
