This Court, by the order dated 07.01.2025 has provided that petitioners shall not be arrested till the next date of listing on the basis of impugned First Information Report, unless sufficient and cogent evidence is available against them as alleged in the impugned F.I.R. 4. Learned AGA states on the basis of the instructions dated 19.05.2025, sent by the Station House Officer, Rahul Singh, Police Station Barasagwar, District Unnao that the Charge-sheet has been filed on 13.09.2025. Aforesaid statement is recorded. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the petition has been rendered infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
