The petitioner initiated proceedings in Application No.UDYAM- TN-10-0003811/S/00003 dated 25.01.2025. He has invoked the provisions under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 [hereinafter referred to as ‘MSME Act’]. 3. Despite the lapse of nearly a year, the petitioner has knocked on the doors of this Court, as no action was initiated by the 2nd respondent. 4. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents received written instructions from the 2nd respondent, acknowledging receipt of the application on 25.01.2025. The 2nd respondent has instructed Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, that notices will issue to the respondent in the claim petitions on 19.12.2025.
