Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.353 of 2025, under Section 105 BNS, P.S. Bhadokhar, District Raebareli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that co-accused with the same allegation was enlarged on bail vide order dated 31.10.2025. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the allegation against the applicant to be same to the co- accused who has been granted bail, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6.
