ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 2nd and 4th Respondents herein in not allowing the writ petitioner to discharge the duties as Anganwadi Helper, Athikuppam Anganwadi Centre, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District and

to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of rights guaranteed under Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders.”
2. Heard Ms.B.Geeta, learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare.
3. None represented for the Petitioner.
4. Learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that, in obedience to the interim orders passed by this Court, the individual was reinstated and now she is working as Anganwadi Helper.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
