(erstwhile 482 Cr.P.C.) has been filed seeking setting aside the order dated 09.03.2021 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ayodhya in Case No.363 of 2019, Sayra Bano Vs. Mohd. Waseem, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Khandasa, District Ayodhya. 3. Learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection that against the impugned order dated 09.03.2021, there is a remedy of appeal before the High Court under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act and the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable. 4. Counsel for the applicant has also not disputed the aforesaid fact. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is rejected leaving open to the applicant to seek legal remedy as available under law.
