ANJARIA) By the order dated 01.06.2023, learned Single Judge granted liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application to respondent No.2 and 3-authorities, who are the Assistant Director of Land Records and the Tahsildar, for conducting phodi and durast of her land in accordance with law and upon receipt of the application, the respondents were directed to consider the same as expeditiously as possible. 2. It was submitted by learned advocate Mr. K. Shivashankar for the complainant-petitioner that after passing of the aforesaid order, two representations were made, however, the authorities have not considered the same. 3. It could be seen that when the direction of learned Single Judge is without prescription of any time limit and even the complainant in her subsequent representations has not set out any - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:10644-DB CCC No. 216 of 2025 time limit for the purpose of acting upon the direction of this court, it could not be concluded at this stage that the respondents have committed any wilful contempt. 4. At the same time, the direction of learned Single Judge should not be permitted to go uncomplied with. Therefore, it is provided that respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall consider the application of the petitioner as directed by learned Single Judge within six weeks from today. 5.
