(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 23.6.2025, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in compliance to order dated 23.6.2025, passed by this court, approval for drawl of salary has been accorded to the petitioner against the vacant post of TGT, subject to condition that all codal formalities shall be completed. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same is disposed of with direction to the competent authority to ensure that salary for the period as detailed in the communication is released/accorded in the bank account of the petitioner expeditiously, - 2 - preferably, within one week.
