1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and is seeking for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court be pleased to call for the entire records in connection of the petitioner’s cases. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court be further pleased to direct the Respondent authority to make payment of travelling allowances of Rs. 52,416/- to the petitioner to which he is entitled for as per rules with interest. 2 10.3 That the Hon’ble court be further pleased to direct the Respondent Authority to consider and decide the representation dated 12.02.2021 and 16.02.2022 (Annexure P4 & Annexure P/5) submitted by the petitioner for payment of travelling allowances within stipulated period. 10.4 Any other order that the Hon’ble Court deems fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case be also passed. 10.5 That the cost of the petition be also awarded to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that T.A. bill of the petitioner amounting to Rs. 52,416/- is pending before the Respondent Authority and it has not been paid even after the petitioner has retired on
31.03.2018. 3. Learned State counsel has disputed the same in their return. 4. Heard both the respective parties and perused the documents available on record with utmost circumspection. 5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the documents as filed by the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the Respondent Authorities to release the T.A. bill of the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the State is directed to release the T.A. Bill of the petitioner which amounts to Rs.
